Mary is an Atlanta native and we, at CHT, love that she handles ALL things buyer related. She prefers being behind the scenes carrying all of the details of each contract to the finish line of closing day details. Mary never misses a beat & she is fantastic at making sure we all meet the deadlines of our contracts, have all of the paperwork in order, complete the inspections + appraisals successfully, and ensures all information is shared on time with every person involved in the transaction.
When she’s not working her magic behind the scenes, she enjoys exploring Atlanta through her regular runs and hanging out with her 2 kids + 3 cats.
